Every month, we go out on a mission to clean up oceans, replant forests, and bring back endangered species. Funded by a global community of everyday individuals, and executed together with rewilding pioneers around the globe, we are working at the frontlines to help nature bounce back.


What does that look like? In the last year, we went out to bring Europe's largest land animal back from extinction, clean up the ocean floor at 40 meters depth, save dolphins from mass tourism, protect Elephants with the help of bees, repopulate wild lynx in Germany, plant hundreds of food forests, rewild rivers, train guerilla wildfire fighters, and reintroduce Europe's cutest bird back to its former home.

Sounds like something you could get behind? Great! We’re now expanding our team and are looking for a Senior Influencer Marketing Manager.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing our influencer marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, grow long-term relationships with influencers, and grow our user base. This role involves researching and identifying influencers, negotiating contracts, and managing campaigns from conception to completion. We primarily work with YouTube influencers, but this might change in the future.

As the ideal candidate, you will have a strong grasp of current marketing strategies and be able to carry out influencer marketing campaigns from concept to execution.

Job requirements

Key responsibilities:

  • Devise and execute influencer marketing strategies in alignment with brand objectives and business targets.
  • Be the creative lead reviewing scripts and content pieces before publication
  • Negotiate and implement sponsorship agreements with influencers of various audience sizes.
  • Research, identify, and build long-term relationships with influencers.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to create cohesive and effective brand messaging.
  • Assess and report on campaign efficacy to optimize outcomes.
  • Effectively manage influencer marketing budgets, ensuring campaign ROI.

Qualifications:

  • Successful track record of influencer marketing, respecting budget and CAC.
  • Experience in negotiating deals and dealing with agencies
  • Proficient in using influencer marketing platforms and analytics tools
  • Strong understanding of the social media and influencer landscape.
  • Team player, with a high level of creativity, attention to detail, and project management skills.
  • Based in Berlin
  • Proficient in English. German is a plus
